U.S.R. INDU Society is a developmental organization. The Team behind U.S.R. has experience of developmental projects implemented in Uttarakhand on Imparting Education, Child Labour’s upliftment, Handicapped Welfare and Education, Environmental cleanliness and Education and community capacity building. The Society aim is to strengthen people’s initiatives and to support local groups/ Societies in enhancing their capabilities by providing training, managerial support and mobilizing financial support, wherever required, out of the experience gained over last 8-10 years.
Presently Society is implementing/ regulating an Inter College from Nus. to 12th at its head office as well as District Disability Rehabilitation Center(DDRC), Nainital at Base Hospital, Haldwani. AND A Handicapped Residential School in Kalusiddha (Ramnagar ) District Nainital Uttrakhand.

Dr. Liladhar Bhatt Kalyan Samiti, proudly stand alongside Srajan Spastic Society, a non-profit organization established in 2006 with a heartfelt dedication to the specially-abled community. Based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, Srajan Spastic Society has been a beacon of compassion, working tirelessly in the realm of specially-abled individuals.

Our collaboration with Srajan Spastic Society is rooted in the shared belief that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves respect, support, and opportunities to thrive. Together, we strive to create an inclusive society where the unique talents and potential of every person are celebrated.

National Association for Blind (NAB), Haldwani

NAB had a humble beginning in 2003- in a car garage- with 5 visually challenged students. Currently we have 130 resident visually challenged students pursuing education; and a total of 200 beneficiaries.

Estimated 20,000 visually challenged people in Kumaun region are suffering as they do not have access to assistive technologies, accessible education. If assistance is not offered in time, so many lives will be in dark, at parents/ relatives mercy.

NABs strength lies in establishing connect with the families of visually challenged people living in the interiors of Kumaun region. We have won the trust and heart of parents. NAB is the first choice of any parent. It took us 16 years to build that relationship. We have created a hope for the visually challenged. Now everyone believes that NAB student is capable enough, can live life with respect, dignity, economic independence. 5000 families are touched so far, 200 people are directly benefited, 130 resident students are continuing free education, more than 50 visually challenged are meaningfully employed. NAB means “Success” to people.
