Donations
- All donations are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation has been processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We encourage donors to double-check all details (including amount, billing info, and contact details) before submitting the donation form. - In rare cases of transaction error, such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Wrong amount charged
- Technical processing failure
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of transaction by writing to us at drleeladharbhattmemorialkalyan@gmail.com with full payment details.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank timelines.
