Graham Kensett

(Leading with insight – Serving with compassion)

Graham Kensett is a senior leader with over 40 years of experience at the UK charity Guide Dogs. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Behavioural Science, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the lives of blind and partially sighted individuals. An expert in dog behaviour and third-sector leadership, Graham has spoken at international forums in the UK, China, Canada, and the USA. He serves as an active trustee at the Elara Foundation, the charitable arm of Elara Capital.

B.S. Shekhawat

(Mind of a corporate – Heart in service)

Bhawani Singh Shekhawat is a seasoned global executive with nearly four decades of leadership experience across Fortune 500 companies including Nielsen, Reckitt, and Coca-Cola. He has led high-impact teams across Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America in innovation, strategy, and growth. He also served as the international CEO of The Akshaya Patra Foundation and co-founded Adhyayan. Now a certified leadership coach, Bhawani works with senior leaders and young changemakers. He is a Professor of Practice at Vedica Scholars Programme and a mentor at Oxford, LSE, and Carleton University. A trained Hindustani classical singer and Bhagavad Gita scholar, he brings deep discipline and insight to all his work. He currently divides his time between London and Jaipur.
