Dr. Liladhar Memorial Kalyan Samiti has been working since 2002 as a non-governmental organization mainly in the field of education, womens empowerment, Healthcare, Animal care, Defence Training and Skill Development in the state of Uttarakhand. This is a leading society of the area in the field of providing education in the remote areas of Uttarakhand since its beginning. Mr. Rajendra Bhatt formed this society in the memory of his Late father Shri. Liladhar Bhatt (belonging to Uttarakhand) to help the needy. Our vision is to extend a helping hand to individuals, organizations, and groups alike. we aim to catalyze impactful initiatives that address diverse challenges and contribute to the betterment of our communities.

about Mr. Raj Bhatt
Raj Bhatt, Founder and Vice-Chairman & CEO of Elara Capital, has over three decades of experience executing innovative financial transactions across seven locations and three continents. A specialist in financial re-engineering, fundraising, restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, Raj has a proven track record of handling complex international deals. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
In 2002, Raj established Elara Capital, a global investment bank primarily focused on raising funds for Indian corporates through GDRs, FCCBs, and the London AIM market. Since its first GDR issuance in 2003, Elara has expanded into corporate advisory, asset management, broking, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity, with offices in India, New York, Singapore, Mauritius, and London.
